The Zunfthaus zur Waag - a place for creativity and passion paired with a good doseof tradition. Since 1636, hospitality has been lived in the time-honored building at Zurich's Münsterhof. Our work along high quality standards in all aspects is our daily focus. For this very reason, we have been one of the leading addresses of Zurich hospitality for many years.
Your working environment
Only as a well-coordinated team do we succeed in striking the balance between the upscale restaurant with 40 seats and the many varied events in our banquet facilities. Our Zunftsaal can seat up to 120 people, while we can cater for up to 60 people in the Zunftstube.
In summer we can also welcome our guests outside on the terrace in the Münsterhof. Our guests are at the center of everything we do. Creating a culinary experience for them is our passion.
Your tasks
You support our team in the courteous and competent care of our guests.
You contribute to a smooth and efficient service flow.
You participate in the preparations for the lunch and dinner service.
You will also support the team with service in the banquet area.
You support the team with incoming goods and warehouse inspections.
You pay attention to cleanliness in the restaurant and maintain our hygiene standards.
Your profile
You have completed school education at secondary level A or B.
You enjoy working with our guests, are reliable and show a high level of commitment.
You are physically resilient and willing to work irregular hours and Saturdays.
You are open, communicative, enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team.
